1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one (1) ds999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances, winnings, or bonuses held across duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for:

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. If multiple methods were used, ds999 will determine the appropriate withdrawal route at its reasonable discretion.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the ds999 Platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ds999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, text, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of such materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ds999 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
